Yesterday (7/9/2012) our AutodeskCare Singapore crew ^APB and ^JB had the pleasure of welcoming @the_mini_guy, our first ever AutodeskCare community member to visit our offices live in person!
We chatted, toured the office, and had a grand old time. Here’s what the girls had to say about the visit:
“We finally had our first @AutodeskCare visitor at the Symbiosis Building on July 9th. After discussing the weather - it is pretty hot in Singapore - @the_mini_guy shared with us how long he’s been using Autodesk products, and how he was invited to present at AU in 2009.
Despite the language barrier (he only speaks AutoCAD with a bit of English), our one-hour chat was a lot of fun! It was definitely an affirmation of how Autodesk products help users imagine, design and create a better world!”

AutodeskCare is now on Pinterest, inviting you to post screenshots of any errors you may encounter while using our products and services. You show us the problem and we will link your images to the appropriate solution in our support forums or on our official website.
We will also be posting our own images and solutions to the hottest support topics.

Introducing our new Behind the Scenes feature, Dog Days of Autodesk!
It’s no secret that we love dogs. If you’ve even wandered through one of our facilities, there’s a great chance that a furry K9 or 2 has crossed your path. As a matter of fact, Autodesk is constantly making it onto Top Pet-Friendly Workplace lists and starting today, we’ll be showcasing some of those four legged friends that have helped us get there!
“Lucky” Morales was born on the wrong side of the tracks in East-Oakland on Thanksgiving 2011. By Christmas of that year, she was rescued from her less than ideal living situation and moved into a warm loving environment by the Morales Family. At that point Lucky was so malnourished that bottle feeding was required until she gained enough weight and strength to tackle solid food.
Quickly becoming part of the Autodesk Family, Lucky has employed cuddles and smiles at both the Global Headquarters and one of the adjacent campuses in San Rafael CA. Lucky has many aunts and uncles here are at Autodesk, some of which spoil her more than others (yeah you know who you are :) ) She truly is Lucky in all sense of the word!Loading... -

I really enjoy living in Switzerland (great cheese, awesome chocolate…seriously, what else can you ask for?!) and my favorite things in life are music (everything from classical to metal), good food (except raisins…no raisins, please) and meeting my friends - be it at a café or online - for a chat. I’m passionate about interacting with different people and cultures, so working with communities in a global environment is perfect for me! :)”

Outside of work, I have a crazy cat at home called Buzz who wakes me up every morning at 4:00 AM to make sure I’m on time for work… and tries to eat every piece of plastic he can find in the house! :o)”
